Stephen Fitzpatrick is our managing partner. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and is also a Mediator and Costs Lawyer. His particular areas of speciality are Medical Negligence, Tribunals of Inquiry, Judicial Review and Commercial cases. Stephen also provides consultancy services to domestic and international corporations on legal procurement and legal spend. Expert testimony and advocacy are key skills. He is the sole Independent Assessor of Tracker Mortgage disputes for all of Irelands leading Banks. Stephen is a former Secretary to the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants and a current board member of the Legal Services Regulatory Authority.
