Peter Fitzpatrick is the founding member of the firm and is now a Consultant. Peter has practised in every known category of legal costs dispute since 1973. He and the firm acted exclusively for the State interests in every Tribunal of Inquiry since the Whiddy Island Tribunal as well as for the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse and the Redress Board. He is the current President of the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants.
