Paul English, Partner joined Peter Fitzpatrick & Company in 2000, having previously worked in the Legal Costs Section of the Chief State Solicitor’s office. Paul has extensive general experience in dealing with a broad range of legal costs disputes including costs arbitrations and has appeared in many high-profile taxations before the Taxing Masters. Paul represents several insurance companies and state bodies and has special expertise in Personal Injury cases, Habeas Corpus applications, Judicial Reviews and statutory and criminal prosecution. Paul provides regular advice to barristers in the recovery of their fees. Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants (and former Secretary) and is an Accredited Mediator.
